3TENX Hydrating Frizz Fixer Cream Review and experience

Once in a while, you stumble upon something that then becomes a must-have in your life. In the last few years, that happened to me with Matcha, when I discovered it on my travels to Japan, and when I stumbled upon the Frizz Fixer Cream from 3TENX! 

I was sent the product in a PR package to try, and honestly, I have not used any other hair product for my hair that has given me such desirable results, and I have been stuck to this 3TENX cream for a while now, because it handles every item on the list I need for my dry, frizzy and thin hair!

I have been using the hair cream from 3TENX daily, almost, for styling, for leaving it, for heat protection, and sometimes even as a Hail Mary, for the days my hair looks absolutely unmanageable.

For someone with wavy hair, Frizz has been the biggest thing to tackle all my life and different weather conditions in a single day of Bangalore didn't help at all! The humid afternoons and dry, chilly evenings and mornings caused a ruckus on my fine hair, which honestly could only sometimes be managed with heavy hair serums, which weighed my hair down and made my scalp oily by the end of the day.

I have tried argan oil as a leave-in, as is, but that didn't work that well for my low porosity hair either. As I couldn't reapply it again and again, and it was not a heat-friendly way.

When I noticed the argan oil and biotin in it, I wished it would work, and it did!

Product:

A sulphate-free / Paraben-free hair product, formulated in Italy. They also claim that they are cruelty-free as a brand. 

The hair cream itself is a creamy,jelly-like texture which spreads on the hair very smoothly. Absorbs great on wet/damp hair, gets a bit of a pull and tug-y on dry hair. It is recommended to use this product on damp/wet hair itself for the best results anyway. It becomes a very slippery sort of texture once rubbed on hands, so it is easy to spread on your hair.

The ingredients - Moroccan argan oil, Biotin essence, etc, are indicative of the hydrating properties this product brings to your hair. I personally feel that once your hair is hydrated and not oily, it is more manageable and a lot less frizzy. This helps achieve that.

I usually rub one or two pumps of the product in my palm first before running my hand and fingers through 80% damp hair. Mostly towel-dried hair, if I am not blow drying, if I am i like to air dry my hair for a few minutes before I blow dry, and I use this just before. 
Although this hair cream protects hair from heat damage , I personally don't like exposing my hair to it.

This might be the most handy part of the product. The 3TENX Hydrating cream comes in a soft tube packaging with a pump dispenser! It is super easy to travel with and carry in check-in bags. 

The pump dispenser makes it very easy to get the right amount of product out and use. 

My review and experience with 3TENX Hydrating Frizz Fixer Cream:

If you are looking for a long-lasting, smooth blowout, then this is the pre-treatment you definitely need to use! 

The hair cream claims to be water-based as a formula, and the fact that it doesn't weigh my fine hair down is a testament to it. 3tenx leave-in cream is lightweight!

So, usually, a blow-dry at home for me without any products lasts me well for about 4 days in good weather, and with some other products, my hair, especially roots, gets a bit oily by the 4th day. Not the case with this hair cream. 

For high humidity as well, this keeps my hair frizz-free, but the sweat gets to it sometimes if I am working out. This works as a heat protectant, so the cream delivers on all the items I need, like mentioned earlier.

Now the best part, my hair stays frizz-free, defined and smooth once blow dried with the 3TENX Hydrating Frizz Fixer cream. It really does maintain the frizz for a couple of days easily. I sometimes use this to refresh my hair, just one pump on slightly dampened hair, which helps manage the hair well, and doesn't weigh my hair down. 
I can share this experience based on my hair type, which is - Thin, Frizzy, wavy, low porosity hair, and I definitely have become a fan of the 3TENX Hydrating Frizz Fixer cream. It does truly fix frizz and 3tenx cream for frizz and smooth hair is totally recommended and completely my opinion!
