IsaDora Comes to India !

Hey there! I hope you are doing great!
It’s been a long time since I introduced you all to a new brand! Earlier this year IsaDora, a Swedish cosmetic brand, Made its way to India and set up stores in multiple locations in Bangalore! I was introduced to the brand by Arshiya Tarz from IsaDora and she took me through IsaDora’s beliefs, characteristic features and the products IsaDora has to offer and I must say the list is pretty impressive!

The point points that caught my attention were that IsaDora’s products are fragrance free, cruelty free and suitable for sensitive skin! For me these three points are vital as I cannot tolerate any sort of fragrance in my make up, I have sensitive skin and I try to buy products which are cruelty free {though I am not always able to since the availability is an issue, but not anymore.}.
Also, they have a line of Mineral makeup!

A little more about the brand –

Swedish INVIMA AB is the company behind the make-up brand IsaDora. It all started in the 80s – to be more exact in the year of 1983. The founders of Invima AB, Ingvar Vigstrand and Ingrid Berndtsson, were already thoroughly experienced in marketing of the beauty business in their daily work with cosmetics imported from the traditionally dominant manufacturing beauty countries like France, Italy, USA and Germany.

However, they felt there were many important things lacking in the foreign make-up brands: the colors, the quality, the packages, the elegancy, unperfumed products and, last but not least; an affordable price level giving all consumers the possibility enjoying this wonderful every day luxury. The idea to create a beauty line of their own grew stronger and stronger.
Now, let me tell you my views!

Their products have some sort of plant or fruit extract which is nourishing, since make up products stay on our skin for a long time, they wanted to have a nourishing side to each product.

Some products from IsaDora really caught my eye and I am definitely going to give them a try like the Quick drops for drying nail polishes quickly, the cushion foundation, the cuticle oil for nails and their eye shadows. Every makeup product has a very good pigmentation factor and sits comfortable on the skin!

As a nail polish lover, I am delighted because they have so many nail care and nail related products which are very difficult to find in India!

Now let me tell you about the products I have with me

IsaDora Wonder Nail in Bohemian Rose and Latina red -

I am wearing the shade Bohemian rose as I write this and I love how it looks! Has been 6 days, since I applied this and the chipping is very less! Safe to say I really like it! Love the Wide brush as well! I usually don’t like wide brushes for nail polish, but the Formula is such, that the wide brush makes the application a breeze! Will update you with the swatches of the two shades soon! Here and on my Instagram!

IsaDora Lip Desire Sculpting lipstick in 06 Berry Kiss–

This is a very lady-like, dark berry shade. The Shape of the lipstick bullet is what makes me use this a lot, because it is super easy to achieve a perfect pout on application! The pigmentation is great and it stays for a long time without bleeding, if left undisturbed. The only complain I have is that it transfers a bit, so you have to take care when eating or drinking something. The lipstick is very creamy and glides on your lips, to give a full pigmented flush of color!

The shape of the lipstick bullet is very user friendly
I really look forward to trying more products from IsaDora, because of the amazing pigmentation and quality! They are available across multiple outlets in Bangalore and also Online on Nykaa.

Have you heard about IsaDora before or used their products!? Do let me know your views and questions in the comments below!

Loads of love,
Priyanjana
