A beautiful house with all amenities at the heart of a city
is something everyone dreams of! I am no different and I am going to tell you
about such a property, such a dreamy property, located right in the heart of
Bangalore! I have so much to tell so I thought
of dividing this into two parts!
So last week I had the opportunity to have the first look at
one of the Luxury properties of Prestige Group and this one is called Prestige
Edwardian.
It is located in the Central Business District, a.k.a., CBD area of
Bangalore. The whole building has 12 floors and each floor has 2 Flats each
(Yes, Flats! I like British English more, so no “Apartments”) and they also
have gym, spa and other such facilities in the premises itself.
Each flat is spread across 4750 sq. feet minimum and is priced at 19,000 INR per sq. feet. To say in short, the property price starts from 10cr. It has a huuugee lobby and parking facilities as well! The whole building looks regal with its lovely vintage yet luxurious look and feel! Enough about the exteriors!
Let me now tell you about the flat! The first thing I
noticed was the huge double doors, entry doors! The area the flat is spread
across is huge given the area it is located at!
The flat has 4 bedrooms, 5
bathrooms, 2 living areas, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen attached
with a utility area, which again leads to a room with attached bathrooms for
the help.
With these anyone is bound to feel like royalty! I sure did!
Let me tell you about the outer areas of the house first, then rooms in the
next part! Out of the two living rooms one is a formal Living and the other one
is the area which you can either make your casual hangout room, family living
room or maybe a music room! You can do anything with the other living room you
like!
On the other side of the formal living there is the dining
area which leads to the Kitchen. Now the Kitchen is fully equipped with
cabinets, stove and ovens. This will be done by them! All you need to do is
moving in with your loose furniture and clothes and yourself :P!
