Wouldn’t you just love when you
visit a new salon in a new city only to find that the products they use are
completely SLS and paraben free?? I know
you will! So , I am going to tell you about a place in Bangalore where you can
not only get pampered but also buy the products!
Introducing Uber, one of the top global brands for luxury beauty products and
salons and they finally stepped into the Indian subcontinent! And that too they
started their journey in Bangalore on 12th of march this year!
The salon
is located at a prime locality of Bangalore, at Lavelle Road just near Smoke
House Deli.

The place
is divided in two sections, one for retailing the products from Uber and the
other is the salon.
There are
two things I absolutely loved about the place; one, they have a private room
for hair spas and facials and other is the minimal décor! Not many salons have
a vertical garden along the walls you know and this factor gives the place a
really soothing feel overall.
And to top
it all off they have a cute little nail bar! Yeah, yeah! No points for guessing
that I got my nails done :P.
They use
their own products for the treatments. They have different type of facials and
other treatments but only one type of hair spa ( I was a little disappointed
here) and the hair spa is mainly focused for damaged hair ( which I am sure
everyone has these days) .

My hair was extremely damaged so I got a hair spa
done and I must say it works really well.
I waited
for a while before writing this as I wanted to shampoo my hair twice after the
hair spa, because I have seen my hair go back to normal after one wash before,
but this time the effects of the hair spa stayed.
They use a
hot towel at the end of the hair spa and not a steamer (or whatever those
things are called), after a relaxing head massage.
Do not
expect your hair to get miraculously good at once, what the spa does is, it
nourishes you hair deeply and makes your hair more manageable.
Now coming
to the nail art, I got acrylic ( gel – extensions ) nail for my left hands
forefinger and I have to say it is a job well done. The nail art is simple and
I liked it. The nail polish used was also from Uber, but they are not retailing
that as of now.
So, do I
want to go back there or not?
Yes,
definitely. Because the prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is calming and
the service is really good.
