I find the color white to be very soothing. And I am sure
most of you, if not all, do too. And when it comes to white nail polishes, I am
always ready to buy one more. I must have told you that I love the bold
statement of white nails when I reviewed this.
Today I have a nail polish for you from the house of AVON. I
like the nail polishes from their simple pretty range, but I am reviewing this
range for the first time on the blog, though I have a lot of colors from this
range.
Let’s get on with the review.
Color and opacity: -
The color is a pearly white with golden shimmers. So, it gives a dual tone
finish. It is extremely sheer and you have to use almost 4 coats for the color
to show.
Packaging: - The
simply pretty range polishes have a very pretty, girly packaging. The bottle is
a conical glass bottle and the handle is mauve-ish pink in color. Screw cap and
the bottle is really small.
Brush: - The
brush is very thin but I like that because of the precision that provides
during application of the nail polish.
Formula: - I like
the formula too. It is kind of runny and spreads evenly. Some polishes get
gloopy after some uses. These stay the same almost till the end.
No weird smell
too.
Finish: - with
this particular polish the finish started getting dull after 3 days.
Longevity: - 3
days, chip free. Does not take a lot of time to dry
Nail art: -
perfect for nail art as a base, I have already done this nail art with this and since it is sheer you can use it
to give dimensions or even as a top coat!

With these availability might be an issue.
But I would highly
recommend it.
