we all want to have soft smooth and healthy hair these are a few hair mask for healthy hair.
but first i'd like to tell u the best thing for hair, suitable for every women with every hair type in every climate and country!!

Diy Hair ssssssmoothie!!
Ingredients :
EGGS – super high in protein to strengthen and add shine. The fatty acids in the yolk add moisture. Enough said.
SPINACH- may I remind you of Pop-eye’s message? Eat the green stuff to get strong. Same goes for your do. Pump some iron. It adds strength, volume, and thickness.
STRAWBERRIES – contain a mild acid that will help remove product buildup. the seeds will help exfoliate your scalp. oooh-oooh! We just got a bogo with this ingredient! bam!
AVOCADO – fat… oh my word I said it. sorry, it just slipped. as women, we hate that word. well, learn to love it, my friendlies because in this case it’ll rehydrate and repair damage. if only this magical fruit could repair the damage on the derriere.
HONEY – not, your boytoy. Although, I’m sure he’s super sweet. I mean honey, as in the awesome antioxidant and humectant (which also locks in moisture). plus it tastes good incase some dribbles down your face and you decide to lick it. what? no. pretend I didn’t just say that. Ok so maybe I did taste it…
BANANA – because Dr. Oz said so. And I trust him. A long time ago I remember him saying if there’s one thing to put on your hair to repair it, it’s bananas. So into the mix it goes!
PLAIN YOGURT – creates luxurious shine that’ll make you want to post a video on youtube of doing the infamous hair flick. yes, you might just become Tresemme’s next big hair model. yogurt also tames dandruff (no one likes snow unless its falling from the sky not your scalp).


The steps:

ONE. Shampoo your hair and rinse with hot water (opens up hair follicle to better absorb the smoothie). Remove excess water and gently wring out the ends using your hands. Blot ends dry with a towel. Do not rub your hair !!!!!
TWO. (prior to washing) Whip up you hair smoothie by combining all above ingredients in a blender until completely smooth.
massage into hair, scalp, and ends. REALLY get into it.
Twist your hair up on top of your head and use a clip to keep it in place. Might I suggest a shower cap if you plan to do this out of the shower. Better yet, do this treatment while taking a looong relaxing bath. Let smoothie set for 15-30 minutes.

Wash out the smoothie with shampoo using warm water. Apply conditioner. Rinse with cold water (to reseal hair follicle). Again, brush out your hair and remove excess water (remembering no shaggy-dog-towel-rubbing action).

Finaly
Tame the wildness. Style as you normally would . And be prepared to experience your hair transformation.
There’s no other word to quite describe it other than beautifully healthy.


Shine Mask
You will need
Yogurt/Dahi/Curd(amount to cover up your hair completely)
Fenugreek seeds(methi),amount must be half of the curd

Soak the fenugreek seeds overnight in water, or use dry seeds,(soaking makes it easier to apply),make a paste/powder mix it with the curd and make a smooth and even paste,
Apply it mostly on your scalp and remaining on your hair, leave it for 20 mins in summers and 30-35 mins in winters.
wash it with shampoo as usual.

I use it every fortnight and and this keeps my scalp and hair very healthy hence shiny.
